Screwed again..... !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Chase decided to cancell a card........ we've had the card 5 yrs, never missed a payment, never been late with a payment and until last month we were still paying it, then, following a call to the card protection people they said we should activate the protection on that card. We hadnt bothered before because at the time of becoming unemployed the balance was zero. We've only recently used it.

We activate the credit protection.... the card gets cancelled........ oh noooo they say, its not because you activated the credit protection. We've just decided you have too many credit cards so we picked this one to cancel............. Strange how they didnt pick one of the other Chase cards, you know, the ones that ARENT using credit protection!!!!!!!!!!!

Ok, not happy bunnies AT ALL...... so called credit protection, who of course say the card being cancelled was nothing to do with them, but they did confirm that the credit protection was active. HA! yeah right... errr..........................

We received a letter today..... the credit protection is cancelled..... Why?????? Becasue the cards been cancelled................... WTF!!!!!!!

THEY CANCEL THE CARD WHEN WE ACTIVATE THE CREDIT PROTECTION THEN CANCEL THE CREDIT PROTECTION BECAUSE THEY CANCELLED THE CARD!!!!!!!! (but of course, they wont admit the reason they cancelled the card was because of the credit protection... noooo that was because of our credit report.... you know, the one that shows we've been paying on time and above minimum EVERY month for the last 5 years!!!!!!!)
